Each entrée is served with two sides. Substitute salad, baked potato, or soup for an additional fee.
Hill Country Catfish
Freshwater catfish fillets hand-breaded in our secret mixture and fried to a crispy golden brown. Served on a bed of rice.
Grilled or Fried Shrimp
A plate full of shrimp, either lightly breaded or grilled to perfection. Served on a bed of rice.
Blackened Redfish (8 oz)
Filet blackened and topped with pico de gallo, served with a side of cilantro lime on a bed of rice.
Shrimp Diablo
Shrimp and jalapeño wrapped in bacon, grilled to perfection, and glazed with jalamango BBQ sauce.
